Refund Eligibility

  1. Development Services

    • Free Initial Consultation: We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your project requirements and provide an estimate.
    • Development Phase: Refunds during the development phase are available under specific conditions:
      • If you choose to cancel the project before the first milestone is reached, you are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred by Baxchain Network Limited.
      • Refund requests after the first milestone but before the final testing phase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with potential refunds prorated based on work completed.
  2. Testing Phase

    • Client Review Period: After the development phase, a testing phase is initiated, during which clients can review the website and request corrections or modifications. This phase typically lasts 7 days.
    • Corrections and Adjustments: All correction requests must be submitted within the testing phase. Requests made after the testing phase will not be eligible for free adjustments and may incur additional charges.
  3. Completion and Handover

    • Once the testing phase is completed and the website is approved by the client, the project is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
    • After handover, Baxchain Network Limited will provide a brief support period of 30 days for addressing any immediate post-launch issues. Issues reported after this period will be subject to standard maintenance fees.

Additional Refund Conditions

  • Project's Ideal Fails: If the project's ideal fails to materialize due to factors beyond our control (e.g., changes in market conditions, regulatory issues), refunds may not be applicable. However, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
  • Work Not Completed Within Specified Time: If we fail to complete the work within the agreed-upon time frame, we are subject to issuing a refund. Additionally, we may offer additional grace days beyond the agreed-upon time-frame before considering a refund.

Refund Process

  1. Initiating a Refund Request

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your project details, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation.
  2. Approval and Processing

    • Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 10 business days.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Any completed milestones or phases approved by the client
  • Additional services requested after the completion and handover of the project
